Ginn Co. Looks to commercalize Mount Pleasant

A hopeful boost in economic revenue may be on the way for the Town of Mount Pleasant if and when the Ginn company organizes and develops Bridgeside. However, There appears to be a growing opposition in the area around the park and it's development. Many Mount Pleasant residents would prefer more greenspace than an overbuilding supply of commercial buildings. As Mount Pleasant rapidly advances in other areas, it is losing it's greenspace at a worrisome pace. And also losing it's warm hometown feeling.
